Archeology

Water not as content but as container.

This study of the origin, manufacturing, processing and use but also of the imaginative realm that the water evokes was based on rigorous observation. It was my intention to express its volume and origin in order to give it new life, to transpose it elsewhere. I imagined a device that placed this interrogation in a topical aesthetic revival, while echoing its history and evocative power. The resulting objects have unique shapes, initiated/made by water, made possible by it.
