In water, on the water,
Echoes a soft sound,
Circled with perfection.
A shiver, how do you hold it back?
Without frightening or tarnishing it?
You can’t press it,
Let alone lock it.
Shut away, walled, isolated,
It will reveal all its secrets.

Contain it, So it will better spring forth. moderate,
over owing, and poured,
So water will not be buried.
In a single step,
Without awkwardness
Only delicacy,
Nimble movement.
That is what it takes,
To grab water.
